Riva home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Riva rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $418,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Riva in the first quarter of 2016.
