Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $26,845 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 336 homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,845 - a 8.1% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 288 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in the first half of 2016.
