Sparrows Point home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Sparrows Point fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 4% decrease over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Sparrows Point in the first half of 2016.
