Pasadena home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Pasadena rose by $17,100 while total sales decreased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 266 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $249,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 269 homes sold in Pasadena in the second half of 2016.
