Rock Anna home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Rock Anna fell by $224,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 46.9% decrease over the $479,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Rock Anna in the first half of 2016.
