Pasadena home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Pasadena rose by $7,600 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 262 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $247,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 255 homes sold in Pasadena in the first half of 2016.
