Severn home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Severn rose by $26,800 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 296 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $283,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 337 homes sold in Severn in the first half of 2016.
