Arnold home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Arnold fell by $20,750 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 242 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 6.2% decrease over the $335,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 234 homes sold in Arnold in the first half of 2016.
