Herald Harbor home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Herald Harbor rose by $27,550 while total sales increased by 88.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $312,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the first half of 2016.
