Gambrills home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Gambrills rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $366,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Gambrills in the first half of 2016.
