Annapolis Neck home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Annapolis Neck rose by $83,126 while total sales increased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $493,126 - a 20.3% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the first half of 2016.
