Crownsville home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Crownsville rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $685,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Crownsville in the first half of 2016.
