Fairland home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Fairland rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $329,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Fairland in April 2017.
