Germantown home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Germantown rose by $25,400 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,900 - a 8% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Germantown in March 2017.
