Silver Spring home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Silver Spring rose by $73,450 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,450 - a 15.9% increase over the $462,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Silver Spring in March 2017.
