Home prices decreased in Arnold during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Arnold fell by $80,818 while total sales remained unchanged with 26 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,732 - a 20.3% decrease over the $398,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Arnold in March 2020, as well.
