Pricing for the median home in Herald Harbor increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Herald Harbor rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Herald Harbor in March 2020.
