The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Mayo fell by $28,000 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $412,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mayo in March 2020.
