March 2021: Gambrills experienced a 21.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Gambrills fell by $109,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,500 - a 21.7% decrease over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Gambrills in March 2020.
