Cape St. Claire median home prices rose by 27% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 27% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in March 2020.
