February 2021: Riviera Beach experienced a 29.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Riviera Beach rose by $64,000 while total sales increased by 146.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 29.2% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Riviera Beach in February 2020.
