Median home prices in Shady Side fell to $305,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Shady Side fell by $65,800 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 17.7% decrease over the $370,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Shady Side in February 2020.
