Edgewater median home prices rose by 17.3% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Edgewater rose by $57,500 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $331,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Edgewater in February 2020.
