February 2021: Home prices in Cape St. Claire increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $100,950 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,950 - a 30.6% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in February 2020.
