The first quarter of 2021: Glen Burnie experienced a 18.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Glen Burnie rose by $43,810 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 228 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,710 - a 18.3% increase over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 251 homes sold in Glen Burnie in the first quarter of 2020.
