How did home prices perform in Pasadena during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Pasadena rose by $23,950 while total sales increased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,950 - a 7.9% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Pasadena in the first quarter of 2020.
