Pricing for the median home in Maryland City increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Maryland City rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Maryland City in the first quarter of 2020.
