The first quarter of 2021: Shady Side experienced a 18.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Shady Side rose by $53,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 18.6% increase over the $288,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Shady Side in the first quarter of 2020.
