Home prices increased in Bayside Beach during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Bayside Beach rose by $47,100 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $299,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bayside Beach in the first quarter of 2020.
