Mayo home prices unchanged in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mayo was unchanged while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000. There were 31 homes sold in Mayo in the first quarter of 2020, and the median sales price for the period was also $410,000.
