Pricing for the median home in Cape St. Claire increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $69,950 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,950 - a 19.4% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the first quarter of 2020.
