What happened to the median home price in Arden on the Severn during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Arden on the Severn rose by $66,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $369,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Arden on the Severn in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
