Home prices decreased in Gambrills during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Gambrills fell by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $461,250 - a 8.7% decrease over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Gambrills in the first quarter of 2020.
