Riva median home prices rose by 16.1% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Riva rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $576,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $496,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Riva in the first quarter of 2020.
