Crownsville home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Crownsville fell by $162,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $762,500 - a 17.6% decrease over the $925,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Crownsville in the first quarter of 2020.
