Median home prices in Woods Landing fell to $387,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Woods Landing fell by $14,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,000 - a 3.7% decrease over the $401,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woods Landing in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
