Annapolis median home prices rose by 13% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Annapolis rose by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 242 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,500 - a 13% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 264 homes sold in Annapolis in the first half of 2020.
