June 2021: Herald Harbor experienced a 44.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Herald Harbor rose by $148,400 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $484,400 - a 44.2% increase over the $336,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Herald Harbor in June 2020.
