Median home prices in Riva fell to $500,500 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Riva fell by $26,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,500 - a 5% decrease over the $527,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Riva in June 2020.
