Pricing for the median home in Maryland City increased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Maryland City rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $398,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $386,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Maryland City in September 2020.
