The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Ferndale fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Ferndale fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 61.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Ferndale in the third quarter of 2020.
