Rising home prices in Lake Shore in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $15,400 while total sales decreased by 73.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $329,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Lake Shore in the third quarter of 2020.
