What happened to the median home price in Odenton during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Odenton rose by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 65.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $332,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 177 homes sold in Odenton in the third quarter of 2020.
