The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Edgewater increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Edgewater rose by $29,250 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 7.8% increase over the $373,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Edgewater in the third quarter of 2020.
