The third quarter of 2021: Mayo experienced a 3.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mayo rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 70.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Mayo in the third quarter of 2020.
