Median home prices in Arden on the Severn rose to $473,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Arden on the Severn rose by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,000 - a 12% increase over the $422,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Arden on the Severn in the third quarter of 2020.
