Home prices decreased in Lake Shore during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Lake Shore fell by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,500 - a 11.7% decrease over the $422,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lake Shore in October 2020.
