Rising home prices in Cape St. Claire in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $83,000 while total sales decreased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $428,000 - a 24.1% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in October 2020.
