November 2021: Maryland City experienced a 26.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Maryland City rose by $87,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $323,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Maryland City in November 2020.
