Median home prices in Mayo rose to $469,000 in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Mayo rose by $27,050 while total sales decreased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $469,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $441,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Mayo in November 2020.
